Mr & Mrs Rowley decided it was time to update their home and totally refresh their design, so they came to us here at Wolverhampton Glass to help turn their vision into a reality.
New windows – Infinity flush casement windows
Mr and Mrs Rowley felt their beautiful red brick home needed a stylish injection of design and performance, and so we helped them to pick out Infinity flush casement windows. Infinity windows and doors combine the elegance and style of traditional timber with the modern performance of uPVC, making them the perfect choice to complement the Rowley’s heritage style home.

After
Flush sash window design
Finishing flush with the exterior property wall, a flush sash finish is the epitome of traditional window design. The innovative smooth corner weld design is stylish and attractive, creating a unique and desirable look to any property. During the manufacturing process, any leftover plastic is pushed into the frame creating a profile with perfectly smooth corners that perfectly mimic authentic timber frames.
French pointing
The windows we installed for Mr and Mrs Rowley are finished with French pointing, a method by which the window’s exterior is finished with traditional mortar pointing, as opposed to modern sealant and plastic trims. This method was made popular during the late nineteenth century and so when we use this method today it emphasises the heritage feel of a property, which is exactly what Mr and Mrs Rowley wanted to achieve.
Dual colour finish and heritage hardware
Mr and Mrs Rowley decided to move away from the brown window frames they previously had in their home and breathed new life into their property with a beautiful Agate Grey exterior colour. Agate Grey provides an almost pastel like colour effect that can complement modern and traditional homes alike, and it looks exceptionally impressive against the warm red brick of their home.
These particular windows feature a dual colour finish which means the interior and exterior frames are finished in different colours. This method allows homeowners to match their windows with their interior décor whilst effortlessly complementing the exterior design. For the interior, Mr and Mrs Rowley opted for classic and versatile Heritage White. To really finesse the traditional and homely feel of their new window interior, we helped Mr and Mrs Rowley decide on black teardrop style handles which offer a delicate and classic colour and shape against the frames.
Acoustic glazing
Mr and Mrs Rowley made us aware that noise reduction was on their list of priorities for their new windows, so we advised they opt for acoustic double glazing. Acoustic glass is specially designed to reflect, absorb and dampen soundwaves, significantly reducing the amount of outside noise coming into your home. The acoustic glazing in Mr and Mrs Rowley’s windows means their home is far quieter and more peaceful, whilst the double glazing and energy efficient uPVC frames ensure their home is at a comfortable temperature all year round, saving them money on their heating bills.

New doors – flush casement French doors
To match their new window installation, Mr and Mrs Rowley chose to have new flush casement French doors fitted, also finished in a dual colour of an Agate grey exterior and a Heritage White interior. Made popular in the 17th century, French doors remain one of the most favoured styles of back doors for homeowners in Wolverhampton and beyond today. French doors feature a classic double door design and they can be opened either inwards or outwards. When you’re inside, you’ll be able to admire the outdoor views and enjoy the natural light flooding into your home thanks to the large glazing panels.

“Last week we had new windows and doors fitted throughout our home. Jay and Dan were professional throughout. Their workmanship and attention to details was first class, as well as being polite, clean and tidy. Matt was always available should we have any questions. We are very pleased with our new windows.
