    To Qualify…

    1. The recommendation must be received by Wolverhampton Glass prior to the recommended
    friend placing an order; if the person you recommend contacts us by any other means
    before your form arrives, the offer will not be valid. The person being recommended cannot
    be yourself or an existing customer.

    2. Only one recommendation between you and your friend are permitted. The installation
    address of both orders must be different. Any properties used for business purposes
    including rental properties, are excluded from this promotion.

    3. Both your order and your friends order must have a minimum installation value of £1000 per
    order.

    4. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, cash-back or
    voucher offer being run by Wolverhampton Glass.

    5. The Amazon voucher will be payable once the recommended customer has had their
    installation completed and payment has been received in full. Please note that this may take
    up to 30 days.

    6. If the Amazon voucher becomes unavailable for any reason, a suitable substitute of equal
    value will be supplied from an alternative retailer at our discretion. Cash alternatives or
    discounts will not be provided.

    7. Wolverhampton Glass reserves the right to suspend or cancel this promotion for any reason
    and any pending vouchers will also be suspended or cancelled.
